Pixie

Pixie is a 4-year-old cat who was thrown out of the house when her owners moved and left her behind with her kittens. Luckily, some kind neighbors set up a tent for her little family and brought them to us. She is a very sweet cat that loves head and neck scratches and will rub up against you and headbutt you for attention. She's very clingy and will be your little shadow whenever you're home. She loves to snuggle in bed with her foster mom and is very talkative with cute little chirps. She spends her day lounging in the window and loves to watch the birds. The only things Pixie doesn't like are when cats don't respect her boundaries and when her back is touched. Because of this, we're looking for a child-free home. She coexists with the other adult cat in her foster home, but grudgingly, so we'd like to find her a home where she can reign as queen. If your application is selected and approved, you will be contacted and put in touch with her foster family for a meet and greet. If you submit an application and do not hear back, don't worry! Your application will still be kept on file in case and can be used for other cats that become adoptable. The adoption fee is $200 and includes the following: spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, distemper vaccines, deworming, microchip, FeLV & FIV testing, deflea and vet examination.
