POTPOURRI

POTPOURRI, 7 years old, is a domestic short hair dilute Tortie originally taken in as an abandoned cat on 4/9/22. Adopted on 6/6/22, she was recently found roaming a neighborhood. Fortunately, her microchip allowed us to sort it all out. Potpourri was left in the care of a family member when the owner moved into a rental with a no pets policy. Since the situation no longer worked, the adopter surrendered her back to CCHS on 6/17/24 Very personable, she's a lover who likes to rub against you and adores being petted and talked to, has less of an affinity for being held, but is a lap cat who seems to know just when you need her sit in your lap or close to you. Potpourri's calm and mild mannered, but still has a kitten-like sensibility when it comes to playing with balls, which she absolutely loves batting and swatting around. Being petted is her favorite pastime; she'll roll from side to side or stretch out to fully enjoy the attention and sometimes she'll grab your hand and give it a nibble or love bite. This petite lady really is a love bug. Potpourri is FeLV+ and will need to be the only cat and indoor only. Her adoption fee is $40. She is spayed, current on vaccinations, wormed, treated with monthly flea and heart worm preventive, tested for FIV/FeLV and microchipped.
