My Story

Double Adoption with Makaha, #R167833. At first glance, Makaha and Pukalani appear to feel nervous in new situations, but once you understand the perils they survived, you'll see through their trepidation and offer them some loving guidance. These bonded survivors were born on the perimeter of the fire zone in Maui, and we'll never know the fear they experienced before rescuers delivered them to safety. Now settling into a completely different lifestyle, the sisters may need reminders that their rough beginnings is a distant memory, but playtime is a wonderful way to reassure them that the future holds only love and light for them.
