This sweet little boy was homeless with part of his lip pulled away from his mouth. A very kind soul rescued him and provided the medical attention he needed. Our sweet Putter looks like he always has a smile due to part of the lip was pulled away. This little boy loves people, cats, toys and even dogs. He follows the volunteers around "helping" to clean litter boxes.
