Say hello to Ms. Reba Hickory! She was born to a stray cat who came to TCHS this spring named Eclipse. She spent time in foster care with her siblings Dickory and Dock. She was adopted and returned after a short period due to not fitting into the home. In the home she showed lots of spunk and kitten energy, and she is a vocal little girl! Her mom Eclipse is a very chatty Tortoiseshell and she's picked up some of her zesty attitude and love of chin scritches. She enjoys playing with toys of all types, cat kickers, ball toys, and shiny pom poms! Her family said that she is more independent and doesn't really like to snuggle too often- she's got kitten things to do! In the home she lived with another cat, and after a short adjustment period she was playful and happy. She has not lived with dogs or children. It can take weeks or months for animals to settle into new homes, so time and patience are your best tools. She prefers sleeping in a quiet space like the bathroom or sneaking on to her owners' bed once they're asleep. This sassy little lassy is ready to steal your heart.
