Rosey is a very sweet little girl. She was found in a parking lot by some really nice people who took her in over night and brought her to the shelter in the morning. When Rosey showed up at the shelter it was very clear to the staff that she had been outside for a little while and had not been groomed in a long time. Rosey had severe matting to the extent that we had to shave her whole back just to remove one large mat that came off in one piece. Rosey has had a rough go in the past few months and deserves a really great home, she has a great personality and beautiful green emerald eyes.
