Smokey

Smokey is one of those lucky kind of guys that was found freezing to death and taken in by a loving family. He's truly a macho-looking guy, with a heart that will melt butter. Smokey is about 2 years old and ready for another chance at a wonderful life. His foster Mom sent us a recent e-mail, which we think describes our Smokey perfectly!

"Smokey was found shivering on our verandah in late January in the dead of winter. He had taken refuge in some blankets that I had left there . .His appetite is wonderful and he may have been sometime without food . His manners are impeccable and he is a gentleman of the first order . Smokey is feeling more at home everyday . He purrs now and rubs against my legs . He loves to "talk" and is comfortable with some human TLC. The Vet thought he was a wonderful boy and all who meet him are won over by his gentleness and personality."
