This neutered male cat was obviously someone’s pet. He is NOT de-clawed, so we couldn’t bring him inside our home because our three cats are de-clawed. He is a friendly, well behaved cat, who needs a home. He was on our patio during the cold snap as late as 2:00 AM. We have been feeding him the same food we give our cats, and probably several other households are also feeding him.
