Tyson

Meet Tyson (AKA Sasquatch). Sorry the Sasquatch just wasn’t rolling of the tongue very well! I was calling him Simon (which also fits), but with the mitts he’s got, and considering he’s a lover and a boxer, I thought Tyson fit him. This cat has some MAJOR personality! WOW, what a lover boy. He is settling in and is getting over hissing and boxing everyone and everyone is getting along pretty well (except my Bandit who has his nose bent out of shape). He is the most relaxed, easy going fellow. He loves to be where ever you are, and is usually right in the middle of what you are doing, or trying to be. He does get frisky with his paws, so I’ve been trimming his claws, which he lets me do with no fuss. He will lie in wait and then reach out and grab you or if you are petting him and try to walk away, he will grab you with his paws. He is very touchy feely and wants to be touching you, or draped across you somehow. At night he sleeps wrapped around your neck and likes to knead you and suck on your neck. Thank goodness this doesn’t last too long or I wouldn’t get much sleep! He usually comes and goes several times a night, as I’m sure he’s up prowling around. He must be pretty young as he likes to race around the house, up, down around, over and through what ever is in his way. He has shown a great deal of interest in going outside and has darted out a couple of times only to plop down and take a dirt bath. He won’t run away from you and comes right back. Outside is a no-no at my house, he’d be coyote dinner before you could even blink. So I have to be careful when letting the dogs in and out as he is a quick fellow. He is also the longest kitty and has long legs, but his head doesn’t match. He’s got an apple head without much of a stop. He’s got pretty markings, black on top and it looks like someone took a paintbrush and started at his nose and went under his chin and all down his belly with a white stripe, plus some white on his paws. Meet Mr Purrsonality! Tyson is a polydactyl, is neutered, tested negative for FIV/FeLV and is up to date on vaccinations.
