CANINE COMPANIONS NEEDING A HOME PREFERABLY CAN GO TOGETHER. MAKAI IS THE BLACK PORTUGUESE WATER DOG ON THE LEFT AND LUCY IS AN IRISH TERRIER/YELLOW LAB MIX. MAKAI NEEDS AN OWNER FAMILIAR WITH THE PORTUGUESE WATER DOG BREED AND CAN WORK WITH AN ALPHA MALE.
Makai is a male Portuguese Water Dog, 4 ½ years old, neutered, and up to date on all shots. He weights about 70 pounds. He is an alpha dog and his previous owner passed away. He needs a new owner that understands Portuguese Water Dogs and who Makai will respect as his new alpha owner. Makai has lots of energy and needs to have room to run and play. He gets along very well with other dogs and currently lives with Mauka and a cat with no problem.
