Approximate DOB 9/21/2023 Approximate Adult Size - Medium maybe 50 lbs or so once full grown History- Update 6/4/2024 - Marshall has been returned through no fault of his own. He is such a wonderful, sweet loving boy!!! He came back with another dog (white female husky puppy) the family had got who we have named Mochi. 11/5/2023 -Taken in as strays with their mom when they were 2 days old. Mom is Zuma and the babies include Skye, Everest, Rocky, Rubble, Marshall, and Chase. The shelter was concerned the babies would get sick if they stayed there so requested transfer out. When they were 3 weeks old we made space here at the rescue for them and they have been here ever since. They have had a straight parvo vaccine and 2 5-way puppy shots as well and spent the last 4 weeks in quarantine. They are very healthy, happy and sweet- very social babies already using the dog door to go out to do their business. Temperament- Super sweet, very smart, and loves attention. As a baby I would have to hold him to g to sleep. He still loves, loves, loves attention and stays right by me whenever we are outside. He is just such an amazingly sweet loyal young dog who just watches his loved one. Energy Level- These are huskies so please keep in mind that huskies are bred to run. They do need active homes with secure fencing or they may start escaping. These babies would do best in active homes that can take them on long walks, skijoring, skateboarding biking, etc Dogs/Cats- Loves other dogs but I need to retest him with cats now that he is older. Housetrained- Crate and house trained as well as uses a dog door perfectly. Marshall is a wonderful gorgeous red/white boy with green and blue eyes (green with blue patches by the iris). He is very smart and extremely loyal wanting to be next to his loved ones all the time. He is high energy and would make a wonderful addition to any active family preferably with husky experience. Please remember huskies can be talkative, escape artists, and high energy due to their genetics. An active family or lots of walks and games, a secure fence, an indoor home with air conditioning (they get very hot in the summer), and lots of attention would be in their best interest. Adoption fee $250 includes neuter, age appropriate vaccinations (4 for puppies), deworming, microchip, rabies, collar and leash, training information, and all the support you need.
