As of 3/8/08 he is in a temporary home until a permanent home can be found.
He was born April 28th, 2007. His mom was a welsh Corgi his father I guess was the farm collie. He has a very beautiful coat (once it grows back in) we shaved it off in attempt to make sure we got all the fleas and ticks (he was hanging with the wrong crowd--and in this neighborhood that gets you into trouble)
He is very loving and protective, he is great with our 3 year old, can get jumpy at times, as most puppies do. He loves to play with our other dog and as well as anybody else who will love him. He loves to cuddle and will climb up on the couch but knows 'down', he sleeps under our bed at nights. Very protective, you will know when you have any visitors. I can't think of a home where this dog wouldn't be a good fit. We are gone most of the time and he holds it till we get back home. He chews on stuff but I am sure a few good chew toys will solve that problem.
Oh and his name is dipstick--or mimm (my son calls him mimm after my mom's puppy)--because of the patch of black on his tail it looks like it was used as a dipstick. We love this dog and will hate to see him go, but he deserves not only a loving home but a home that can provide for him--and we just don't have the resources for that.
