She is healthy, up to date on all her shots, & housetrained. Ace was rescued from a dismal shelter in Yonkers 4 & a half years ago. She was emaciated & terrified, but she immediately gazed into my eyes with trust & love. She is highly trainable, she does come when called & she does sit (needs a refresher though!). Personality wise, Ace is a combination of incredibly loving, affectionate and sweet, as well as needy, occasionally nervous & fearful/protective in particular situations. She gets along great with most other dogs & has lived with our Other dog for 4 1/2 years. Ace is perfectly fine with young children, but preferably she should live in a household with older children or no kids, so that she can get the attention she deserves & needs. She needs consistent outdoor exercise, but not an extreme amount.She is athletic & agile & loves fetch, wrestling, & just being outside, as long as she can curl up inside for a long snuggle with her people afterwards.
