Aimee

Aimee is only 9 months old and was found trying to survive in the woods with another dog her age. Luckily, a local dog trapper was able to catch this shy girl and bring her in from the heat. Once she was caught, she became like jelly and we think that we even caught a smile! She is hoping for an adopter that will go slow with her to help build her confidence and show her all of the wonderful things: fun walks, couch snuggles and maybe what a toy is. She has been timid with other dogs in playgroups and, like all of our pups, she will need to meet future canine siblings before going home. We are still getting to know Aimee, but one thing is for sure - she'd rather finish her puppy days in a loving home than in a noisy shelter! Come meet this sweet puppy today! In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
