My Story

Alan is a happy go lucky pup who loves to sit on your lap, then jump off, then get on your lap again. Yes, he has lots of energy but he also can be very happy just snuggling next to you watching TV. His furry little face with a goofy grin just melts his foster's heart. He is one of 4 puppies we got from an "ooops litter". Mom is a "titled" German Shepherd Dog and Dad is a Polish Lowland Sheepdog who is ranked in the top 10 in the United States. ( go here for more information http://www.akc.org/breeds/polish_lowland_sheepdog/index.cfm) So, Alan and his brothers are intelligent, hard working, energetic, easy to train, easily bored and VERY unique looking. This combination of breeds will require a guardian who is firm, consistent, willing to train, willing to have LOTS of fun with their pup and someone with lots of patience. Remember, we have a working dog combined with a herding dog. Alan will be a fairly large, stocky dog when full grown. He does have a tail and it is not to be docked under any circumstances. His birthday is 2/19/08 and he is 18 pounds
