My Story

Alpine and Alusia are 2 month old Husky mix puppies who were left in a neighbor's yard when they were about 4 weeks old. They were discovered after a rainstorm, huddling in a corner, soaking wet and covered in dirt and mud. They were brought to a foster home and asked if we could help find them a home. Despite signs and inquiries, no one claimed them and we now have to find them their fur-ever home.

Both are quieter and on the mellow side. They might be just this side of shy. They have a quieter, more serene demeanor. They will flourish in a home that continues to socialize them, gives them lots of attention but also provides an outlet for them to escape away from all the excitement of family life.

Alpine is slightly more adventuresome than his sister. She usually watches to see if he gets in trouble before she ventures into anything new. Alusia is sweet, loving and docile. She will cuddle with you in your arms and is perfectly content to hang out. Alpine will cuddle and then is also ready to play with a toy or with the kids. They both are in a foster home with dogs, cats and kids. They've been exposed to all the noises of a regular household. Nothing is really alarming to them.
