Angelo is a senior gentleman whicked up from the shelter-quite literally in the nick of time.
He appears to be housebroken, is being netered and given a much needed dental this week.
Poor Angelo was left in a very difficult position.The shelter ran out of room the day before he was scheduled to be put down, The other dogs in the small kennel might have been fighting over a toy or their supper,, but poor Angelo got the raw end of it. He still has swelling on his face, but is sweet and chipper considering all that he has had to endure. We took ohim to the vet, gave him all of the vaccines and medications that they recommended. He never complained even once. Angelo has so many wonderful years left. We never know why people drop off their pets like this. But we can safely say they left a true gem that day.
Our pal here is a senior but Dasch's can live to be 14...15 or more.
