Apollo is a young German Shepherd/Lab puppy, black with a sable collar and white chest. He closely resembles a German Shepherd with his sloping hind end, low lying tail and ears that are trying to stay upright. Apollo is smart & very affectionate although slightly shy at first. He loves being with other dogs and so far has shown little interest in the cats. Apollo behaves well while being groomed and is learning to walk on a leash and basic obedience. He will be the type of dog that bonds strongly with his family. We encourage further socialization so that he will continue to be a sweet, calm dog in all situations. Apollo is looking for a permanent home where he can be a valued member of the family.
