Arnie is a 1 year old Welsh Terrier who weighs 16.6lbs. He was listed as a stray at the shelter, no one really knows his past or where he came from but when his time was up at the shelter an officer called and asked if we could take him. He is energetic, loveable, fun-loving and a great all-around dog. He needs a home that wants an active dog and likes to engage them in activities like the dog park, dog beach, running, or other energy-expending activities.
Arnie gets along with other dogs. Sometimes his active lifestyle is annoying to the more laid back types. So he finds friends who want to run and play like him at doggy day camp. But ironically his best friend that he likes to cuddle with is a mellow, couch potato type. They have the 'ying-yang' personalities and it suits Arnie well.
Arnie has a very sweet personality that is very puppy-like so his new family has to be ready for all of that! He is crate trained and can go the entire night without an accident but he's sure ready when morning comes around! Arnie is an option for kids.
