Astro had been adopted from Puppy Hill Farm as a young pup and was recently returned due to the owner’s lack of time to spend with him. He has stayed on the small side (~40 lbs) and is almost 1-year-old now. Astro is house-trained, but still has some puppy tendencies (mainly some chewing) so he's not quite ready to be trusted home alone without confinement or puppy proofing. He's great with other dogs and loves to play. He also likes toys. Astro is good with cats, although some might find his kisses annoying. Astro loves to snuggle and would gladly be a lap dog if given the chance. He also prefers to sleep in the bed at night right alongside his people. Astro is very gentle and sweet and would also be great with kids, although he does jump some when excited. He’ll make a great family dog and would fit in well with an active household.
