Oreo is a playful and active girl of barely 1 year old. She loves to go on walks, play tug, and frolic with other dogs. She especially loves playing in the kiddie pool--we can picture her happily on the beach in Tahoe! While she is house-trained, she would also love a yard and family to play with her in it! Oreo is kind and funny and looking for someone to snuggle with. Her human mama rents and the landlord gave her 15 days to get rid of Oreo or be evicted. Sadly, that landed Oreo in puppy prison where she met The Dog House. She has been loved by every person that meets her, enjoys baths and is super smart. Oreo walks nicely on a loose leash with a flat buckle collar, sits, and does not jump. She will be super excited to continue learning in her new home as she is still young and loves playing fun games. Begins with a simple online application to help us understand your needs and what you would like in your furry friend. 2. Next, we invite you to send us a virtual walk through of your home including where the dog will sleep, play, and stay when you are away. 3. We move forward with a meet and greet! Personal chemistry is important and both the adopter and pup need to be feelin’ it. 4. We deliver your new family member to your home where you sign the adoption contract and present proof of paid enrollment in a basic obedience course.
