My Story

Bailey, a female from a WV shelter was transported to a foster home in PA, 9/4/04. Bailey's good w/other dogs. She acts timid and afraid of the shelter. I think she'll be OK once she leaves but she's scared. She won't go through the doggie door to go outside. She's "quiet" - sits quietly and doesn't bark. Nice w/people. Which is a good thing since she's obviously scared and her reaction is not aggressive. I think she's "shell shocked". The shelter's loud, active - lots of stimulation.... 4 years old, 58 lbs. An application, vet reference, home visit and a drive to PA a must to meet our dogs! Adoption fee required. To find out more about the Irish Setter breed, click here.
