WHO CAN HELP? Please help us find a chow savvy home or foster and rescue for this dear boy found on the freeway. Good Samaritans founds him running in fear and were able to get him to a safe area and called animal control. Naturally, he came in quite scared but is now allowing some handling and walks well on a leash. The Bonita shelter named him Baloo, estimates he is 7 years young and says he weighs 55 lbs. Baloo has not been cleared for adoptions yet as he is still a bit scared, and may need a rescue and foster.
