While he is a playful pup full of energy and affection, he is also extremely fearful of the world. This fear can manifest into making him protective and reactive. As his anxiety traits present a challenge, a quiet, experienced and patient home is required to address his needs. He should also be in a home without children or other pets. Among his many positive qualities, he is quiet, house trained, crate trained, and he will sit nicely and lift his paw for a treat. He is extremely shy when meeting new people but once BamBam feels comfortable, he will be your loyal companion forever! **BECAUSE OF OUR REQUIREMENT FOR A HOME VISIT, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT TO HOMES IN THE NORTHERN VA / MARYLAND / DC METRO AREA** We have adoption events EVERY SATURDAY from 12-3 p.m. Please note that not all dogs can attend every event, so if you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please complete a no-obligation application on our website at http://www.muttloverescue.org/application.html OR write to [email protected].
