Meet Bambi! Bambi is a 2 year old Cavalier/Bichon mix who weighs approximately 12 pounds. Bambi was rescued from a puppy mill, and as such, she is on the shy and timid side. She is an absolute sweetheart, but needs time to open up and trust her people. Bambi enjoys soft wet food, but prefers to snack when you aren't looking. She likes to hang out in her favorite corner of her foster family's home, but will hang out in your lap if you pick her up. Bambi would do best in a quiet home that's willing to give her time to open up and be the best girl that she can be! Bambi is currently being fostered in Queens, NY. Her adoption fee is $600. Bambi is a Patron Pup. Patron Pups have higher adoption fees due to varying reasons and are adopted quickly, even with these higher adoption fees. They may be purebred, a highly desirable breed, small in size fully grown, etc. These fees allow them to act as patrons to other pets in our care who may not be as adoptable, or have ongoing costs for medical care, contributing to a longer time in rescue, and therefore a higher cost for us to care for them. Patron Pups allow us to continue rescuing these other animals and give them a better chance at finding their forever homes as well. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
