Bandit

Pretty pittie Bandit is 5 years old. He is a brindle coated Pit mix. He is powerful, even though he does not weigh that much. He is shy and reactive to new people, but he makes friends pretty quickly. He wants to be somebody's baby badly. He is very loyal and protective of staff, and if he became your dog, he would be the same way. Bandit will be fine with older kids, say 10 and up, but under that age not recommended. He does not like cats, and, at least while here, likes very few other dogs. So his ideal home would be one with adults only - no other animals, or adults and older kids, with no other animals. Bandit, as a pit bull terrier, exhibits all the qualities of a terrier...protective, independent, and smart. Terriers were bred to work alone, and he is perfectly happy being the only dog. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped.
