Meet BARBIE, an adorable 10 year old senior lady looking for a quiet home to spend her golden years! BARBIE is currently spending time in a loving FOTAS foster home. Her foster mom says that she likes to be close to her people and also loves toys! If there are other dogs in the home, she may try and help herself to their dinner, as well as hers, so it might be better to feed any other dogs separately. She is curious about the cats in the home, but every day there is an improvement, as they start to become acquainted. She recently had a grooming and did very well. BARBIE would do best in a home where someone is home most of the time. She does well in her kennel and sleeps through the night. She’s very affectionate and knows the cues sit, stay, come and wait. She’s quite smart and wants to please. With a bit of patience, she would flourish in a medium active home. She would also do best with respectful older children. Barbie will need regular vet visits to watch for age related issues. She will also need a dental in the near future, to keep her happy and healthy.
