Barbie

Barbie is entering her golden years and is hoping to find a forever home where she can snuggle up on a comfy couch and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. She enjoys snoring the day away if nothing exciting is going on but also enjoys car rides, slow strolls through the neighborhood, and exploring her surroundings. This sweet girl is always ready to greet you with a wagging tail and a heart full of love. Barbie is polite and well-mannered. She is house trained and does well on leash. While she goes into the crate willingly when she wants to rest, she prefers its door stay open until she trusts her people are only leaving for a short while. She does just fine roaming the home but her new foster home has a dog that prefers to be the star of the show, so 24/7 free roam isn't possible. Barbie's gentle nature extends to her interactions with other dogs and she plays well with her furry friends. She also does well in the car. She even hops right up herself! Barbie's new foster mom thinks she'd thrive in a home where her people are home more often than not, such as remote workers or those who are recently retired and ready to dote on her with their newfound free time!
