Barn Owl is dog friendly and cat selective. He doesn't have prey drive with them, just play drive. It'll depend on how the cat feels about a 55 lb dog charging them with his tongue hanging out and his tail wagging. Some cats may not like that.
This boy is a velcro dog and loves his people. He loves to follow us around the house to see what we're doing.
He is crate trained, potty trained, and will let you know when he needs to go outside by going to the door. He loves toys and need would love a dog friend that he can play with. He is medium to high energy.
