Meet Baron, a 5 year old German Shepherd currently in search of his forever home. This intelligent and handsome fella is a smart and curious dog who loves to explore his surroundings. Baron would do best in a home with a yard to run and play in, and an owner who is familiar with the needs of the German Shepherd breed.. He is eager to please his owner. but is pretty leery of strangers and nervous in new places. Your family will sleep at night with no worries of intruders with this guy around!
Baron comes fully vaccinated, but unfortunately is heart worm positive and will be undergoing treatment for the next few months. SCDR will cover the cost of this treatment and once completed, he will be able to be neutered, which is covered by SCDR as well. Until neutered, he will be adopted as a “foster to adopt” and can go with his family now, and the adoption can be finalized once he is neutered.
