Baron was surrendered by his owners who lost their home in a fire and had nowhere to keep him. He is a HUGE teddy bear! Baron loves to go for walks, and has been obedience trained, so he walks very well on leash, and knows a few other obedience commands. Baron is a giant dog, weighing about 150 lbs., and he has a thick double coat that sheds in spring and fall. He is a gorgeous red/gold color, with a striking black mask. Baron is housetrained, neutered and up-to-date on all shots. He gets along great with everyone, adults and children alike, and likes to play with the female dogs here at the shelter. Baron does not do well with other male dogs, and would not do well around cats. Baron's new home will have to have a securely fenced yard, and a home check is required. Baron is a very special boy, and would be a wonderful pet and companion for someone who has the space and time to devote to a dog of his immense size.
