You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Born 5-16-2022 Baxter is one of five pups that were found abandoned under a bridge near Butler OK. Baxter has been in the shelter too long and is in need of a forever family. He is friendly with people and is curious and energetic, but due to being confined is fearful. The Catahoula breed is known for "Extreme Intelligence". He needs a secure fenced yard. He is ready to be trained and will make a great companion as he is eager to please and have attention. A playmate would make his life complete. 2 years in a sanctuary makes gaining trust a process, but he would be so worth it and is very deserving of a family.
