Introducing Tahiti!! This handsome fellah is enrolled in our DASH Prison Training Program where he is learning puppy manners and basic commands. He's only been there a short time so of course; this baby will need continued reinforcement training as he acclimates to his new home & environment. His handler says he is a very intelligent, currently learning his name, will soon be working on sit, down & stay. Tahiti is learning to walk on a leash, working on his potty training and will whimper to go outside. He slept in bed all night with no accidents & went straight outside, he wants to be everywhere his human is, especially at bedtime. He will need a boost because those puppy legs just are able to get on the bed yet. He is a social boy (he likes to sit & watch everything going on), energetic, affectionate, loves playing with his toys and the other dogs, but mostly craves human attention, although gets nervous when approached by a human who is excited, especially women. He has not been cat or kid tested so proper introductions are in order. He did not react at all to a gentle tail or ear tug test.
