My Story

Meet Bear. He is a gentle giant to his people. He is low energy and just likes to be present in a room. He will spring to his feet when he hears a leash, and walks beautifully right beside you with minimal pulling. Bear would do best with another dog to show him the ropes. He needs to be around another low energy dog, and does particularly well with a submissive female. Bear is timid and needs a family that will continue to help him build his confidence around strangers. Bear would do best in a home with no children. Quick, sudden movements and loud noises frighten him. If Bear sounds like a good fit for your family, please apply to meet Bear! If you are interested in this animal please start by filling out an adoption application at http://www.CFP-NC.org/adoptions and we will get in touch with you.
