Beau is a cute little 6-week-old, 4-lb. (on 3/14/08) pup who was dropped of with his mother and litter mates at Animal Control. They are all now safe in a foster home with FHCR, and should be ready to go to their 'forever' homes around the 22nd of March, when they should be fully weaned. We're not sure of their parentage... people think that their mother Trixie (also available for adoption) is a mix of Westie and French Bulldog, but that's just a guess. Trixie weighs about 20 lbs., so we guess that the pups will be around that size when grown. Beau is very playful and has been well socialized, so he should make a great family pet. His foster mom says he's the love-bug of the litter, and loves to snuggle.
Beau's adoption fee is $150.00, and includes his first round vaccinations, Rabies vaccinations, deworming, neuter surgery, and starting him on heartworm and flea and tick preventative. He is currently being treated for kennel cough, but will receive his vaccinations when he is fully recovered.
