My Story

BEAU was brought to the shelter as a stray with his friend Nala but she has already found a new home. Their owners were found, but nobody ever came for them. BEAU is 7 years old, he weighs 55 lbs, he is already neutered, has had his DA2PP and bordetella vaccines and is listed as a Pit Bull Terrier mix. BEAU is a very nice, super sweet, very friendly guy with a great personality who loves everyone he's met so far! BEAU enjoys going for walks and walks well on a leash. BEAU seems to be housebroken, but it is difficult to tell for sure in the shelter setting so it's best to assume he's not and be pleasantly surprised when he is! BEAU got along great with Nala and he has also been fine around the other shelter dogs, but nothing is known about how he is with kids or cats since there are neither there. Please bring your kids, dog(s), and even your cat(s), if possible, to the shelter for a meet and greet with the help of the warden or deputies just to be sure everyone gets along before taking him home!
