Meet Beau!
This gentleman is six-years young, fifty-seven pounds, and an extra handsome Shepherd mix. Beau is ridiculously loveable!
He was brought in as a stray by one of our local agencies and was never reclaimed. We know he had a difficult past. Beau came in with several old wounds on his head. Also, a sign of neglect in his past, Beau is low heartworm positive and will need to receive some medical care and TLC while in foster care. He will also be getting an appointment to be neutered when he arrives in PA. All vetting is covered by the rescue.
He is a very sweet boy that knows his basic commands and gets along well with other friendly dogs. He finds cats too interesting and should not live with kitties.
The most pressing immediate need is to find him a foster home in the Media PA area so he can receive the care he needs.
