Hi, my name is Beau (short for Beauregard) and I am a young Bassett Hound mix. My two-legged friends at the shelter tell me that I am a very handsome fellow with a unique brindled coat. DonÂ’t let my short Bassett legs fool you though because they can move fast. During my playtime, I just zoom around the yard, taking in all the beauty (and of course the smells) that nature has to offer. Although I love to run around, I am also a good boy and come to you immediately when called. I get along well with other dogs and I just love people, especially if they have treats for me! If you have room in your home and heart for a charming, loving lad like myself, please come and visit me. You may just find a life-long friend. Although I am fostered in Tennesse, there are 2 transports that leave weekly taking newly adopted dogs to New England so please consider me even if you do not live in the local area.
