I was a stray found by one of the TAP fosters with an embedded collar. She took me in and had it removed. My foster mom says, " He's very submissive to people and is interested in cats and has done great with them. Loves to cuddle, he'll be your shadow. Does not like to be left alone. Wants to run around and play but also wants to lay and snuggle. Very intelligent. Mostly potty trained and holds it until he's outside.
