'BeBe' Baguette would love a home with another dog who likes to play. She is active and has always had dog friends to play with. She has been around kids and would do well in an active home. This pup would love jumping in leaves, playing in water and rolling in snow! Baguette's favorite thing is collecting stuffed animals around her foster home. B is a playful girl who sleeps overnight on a dog bed and loves squeaky toys. Her tail is long and curls around to touch her back - a little white on her nose - she has a short black coat and was 55 lbs at her last vet visit. Fully vaccinated, Spayed, microchipped and on prevention. She has grown into the biggest of her litter - a stocky girl with a double short coat. Her running looked like bunny hopping so we took her to the vet. X-Rays showed her deteriorating condition (she is just 14 months old, shepherd mix). At 55 lbs, she is easy to manage, though she needs no support now - she plays and bunny hops to keep up. Long term, she will need medication to assist with discomfort from the arthritis and physical therapy (have a pool? help with leg stretches so she continues to be fully mobile). She is not currently on any medications or supplements. Genetics are to blame, but she still has many years of JOY ahead of her. Mama Buttercup appears to be a shepherd chow mix with a long fluffy red coat and is only 55lbs.
