Bella was a stray running the streets of Alton, IL. She was impounded for nearly three months before we rescued her.
Bella is a shy girl and takes a little time to get comfortable. We don’t know her history, but she seems to be leery of strangers, and needs time to fully trust. When she went into foster, she immediately bonded with her foster mom, but took a little more time to bond with the men in the house. Now that she has been there for a few months, she is just as loving toward the men as she is her foster mom.
Bella is a beautiful brindle pitbull, approximately 1-2 years old. She is short and stocky, weighing approximately 45lbs. She is very sweet and somewhat playful. She is a total pro at being a couch potato. Bella is house and kennel trained, and does well with most dogs, cats unknown. Bella does not like being crated, so she will do best with a family who works from home, or is not gone for long periods of time.
Bella’s adoption fee is $100. This includes vaccinations, spay, microchip, heartworm test, wormer, and maintaining heartworm and flea prevention while in our care.
