Bellatrix Salvare (DR7101)

DOB: 01/01/2023 Our sweet and playful Bellatrix Salvare is one of the last dogs with us from the horrible hoarding situation earlier this year. On top of the deplorable conditions, she suffered a severe injury to her rear left paw from a metal foot hold trap. Despite rounds of treatment, the injury didn't heal, leading to her rear left leg being amputated for a better quality of life. She has since recovered and being a tripod has not slowed her down! Bella has ALWAYS had a happy attitude, friendly to everyone she meets and loving belly rubs. She'd be a wonderful family dog, great for an active family ready for backyard play or adventures. Bella loves her version of fetch with sticks and exploring. Estimated to be around a year old and just under forty pounds, we think she may be a Carolina Dog mix with her red coat and pointy ears.
