Benedict

If you're looking for an absolute best friend of a dog, Benedict is your kind of guy! He would love nothing more than to stay by your side, no matter what you're up to. He is goofy, a bit clumsy, and totally lighthearted. He will never fail to put a smile on your face. He has grown into the perfect medium energy dog - loving to both lay around the house with you AND go on a run with you. He is exceedingly affectionate and loves to cuddle with both humans and other dogs. He interacts with small children very nicely and can handle even the most handsy little ones without issue. He has also done well with any cats he has encountered and hasn't shown much interest at all. When he does notice his feline friends, he has not shown any aggression and only wants to play. Benedict has adapted very quickly to living in our home and has settled into a routine with us very easily. We were able to potty train him quickly with the assistance of bells on the door and he always sleeps through the night without any accidents in his crate. He is very much a young puppy, still growing into his paws and eager to learn all about the world around him. He loves copying everything our three year old dog does and he follows her all over inside the house and outside as well. We believe he would absolutely flourish in a home with another dog that he could continue to learn from and grow with.
