Benjamin was rescued by a good samaritan who found him lost and afraid. After searching for his owners for 3 weeks with no success, he turned Ben over to Paws and Claws. We had him neutered, teeth cleaned, and tested for heartworms. Luckily he was heartworm negative and he feels much better now that his teeth are free of tartar.
Benjamin is a beautifully shaded dark sable sheltie boy. He is an older fellow who is very calm and quiet--not a barker--even when his foster siblings are all barking. He enjoys long naps and a good ear scratch. For his new family he would ask for nothing more than a soft place to sleep and good healthy food to eat. He is a very low key sheltie. He is perfectly housebroken and loves kids and adults alike. He would make a great addition to any family. His sight and hearing aren't perfect{but who's is} and he is just the sweetest boy who deserves a loving home to call his own.
