This goofy and affectionate big boy loves to snuggle and loves his human! Say Hello to Benson a 5year old male Pit Bull mix. Despite his size he thinks he’s a lap dog. Benson just wants to be close to you! He loves car rides. He jumps right in and loves to have his head out the window. He is also a very smart guy and knows sit, down and wait. With how food motivated he is, were almost certain he would love to learn more commands for food rewards. While spending time in his past foster home, he was doing very well with his potty training. Despite not having a full mouth of teeth and multiple dental procedures, his appetite remains very strong! Benson can be selective with other dogs and we recommend a dog meet at CRHS, but requires a home without cats. He would also do well in a house with kids 8+ yrs old as he can get excited.
