Bentley is a beautiful, rare boy; he is a Catalan Sheepdog, native to Spain. In his native country, Bentley would be guarding flocks of sheep from wolves and predators. Bentley loves people and is extremely affectionate; but, he will require a firm parent to help him be the best city-boy he can be. Bentley is fiercely loyal and protective towards his family, as his breed has been bred to do, throughout the centuries. He is very well-behaved and obedient, so his new handlers will need to continue this consistency.
Bentley has been shaved; left unshaved, Bentley’s fur will grow down to the ground. Needless to say, his coat will require care and grooming. This boy is strong-willed and independent; but with the right family who takes the time to research his breed, he will be a much loved member of the family.
