Bert

Bert is approximately 1 year old, plott hound/lab mix, 40 pound ball of snuggles. If you’re in a recliner he’s up there with you snuggling away and asleep within minutes. We have not brought him around kids or cats but he is fantastic with our dogs! We believe he would be best fit in a home with at least another dog that can keep up with his energy. If not, then he needs to be with a family who can play with him. He has been doing super well with potty training. He can sit, shake, knows “kennel up”, and give kisses on command. He will need to be in a home where someone is home so that he can benefit from continued training and socialization. He also needs a fully fenced in yard for placement. Bert truly is the melt-iest love bug out there. He loves doing “mouth snappies” and will never bite you even if you put your hands in his mouth! Trust me we’ve tested it! It will truly be heartbreaking seeing Bert go but he deserves his forever family! The adoption fee of $350 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family.
