Bessie (Foster or Foster to Adopt)

LOOKING FOR A FOSTER OR FOSTER TO ADOPT FOR BEAUTIFUL BESSIE! BESSIE / 6yrs / Female / 20lbs / Mixed Breed / Arriving from Barbados AUGUST 24th! Looking to help a dog in need? Then check out this opportunity to FOSTER OR FOSTER TO ADOPT with Canine Haven Rescue! We are a foster-based rescue organization in the GTA. We can only help bring these dogs out of the shelter and to Canada if we have a foster (or foster to adopt) home for them. Fostering is free, all supplies are provided, and you get the opportunity to help a deserving dog! If you foster to adopt, you will have the option to adopt after approximately 2 weeks. Bessie is good with dogs, kids, and cats and would fit well into any lifestyle! Bessie is a lovely girl. She came to us with her family members: Moo Moo and Kelly Ann. We are not sure how they are related, all came from the same home. None of them had received much socialization and had spent most of their time locked up in boxes. At first they were quite suspicious of us and their surroundings, but within a day they were settled and enjoying cuddles. Bessie has recently been spayed and had a dental, so her teeth and nice and clean. She travels nicely in the car. She is a low energy girl, but still with a spring in her step and a big smile on her face. She walks nicely on leash. We believe that Bessie could live with other dogs or as an only dog. She is also fine with children and cats. Bessie is approximately 20lbs Give this sweet pup a chance at a beautiful life and finding their forever family in Canada.
