Betsy is a nine-pound female Chihuahua, and she is about two years old. She was scared and confused when she was tied up to a tree and abandoned, but she started to relax as soon as she was taken in by her finders. She gets along well with other dogs for the most part, but she can get jealous if she has to share her chosen human. She hasn't been observed with cats or children. She's initially fearful when meeting new people, but she warms up quickly once she realizes they mean her no harm. She loves to snuggle up on a lap, but she also does well in a crate, both to relax during the day and to sleep at night. Betsy is housebroken and learns quickly, and this loving girl would really like a person or family if her own.
