Meet Big Boy! This handsome hunk is a 75 lb 2.5-year-old lab/pit mix who came all the way from Texas. Although he had a rough start to life-battling heartworm, homelessness, and neglect-he is one of the sweetest dogs that you will ever meet. This mellow boy will happily lounge on the couch or in his crate during the day. He also loves cuddling, giving kisses, and going on walks! He is potty trained, crate trained, knows basic commands, and walks well on a leash. In his past life, he was walked infrequently, which led to him putting on a few extra pounds. He is working hard to get back in shape and would love someone who will help him reach that goal! In his foster home, he gets along well with the resident cat and has gotten along with all of the people/dogs he has met. He really is the perfect boy!
